About

When I originally came to Alaska it was to explore as much as I could in a few weeks and return to San Francisco and get serious about an Art career.  That plan turned into a summer destination for 8 years with Denali National Park as my "backyard" and the vistas were beyond words or paint!

Eventually, I moved in permanently (for a few years). I settled in on a bluff of the Nenana River with a view facing the eastern border of Denali National Park. The dramatic light and ever changing colors on the Alaskan landscape continue to capture my heart and soul and challenge my senses.

My most used mediums are watercolors, oils, pastels, linoleum cuts, scratchboards, and stone. I love them all equally whenever I am creating with one or the other.
